Zamorana, 1 year

This morning, the doors of GRA opened for Zamorana, who arrived with Huevero and Nube after being surrendered by their owner, a hunter.

Like so many Galgos, their future was uncertain once they no longer fitted the “perfect image” of a hunting dog. But thanks to our cooperation with Friends of Mazarrón Animals, Zamorana has been given something incredibly precious — a chance at a new life.

From today, Zamorana is safe at GRA. She can leave her past behind and begin discovering what life can be like when there is no pressure to perform and she is valued simply for who she is.

We will give her the care, patience and love she needs while she takes her first steps towards a brighter future.

Welcome to GRA, beautiful Zamorana. Your new chapter starts today.
